Small issue with receiving a payment on PayPal!

Good evening, I'll get straight to the point. I am supposed to receive a payment, but the sender receives a message like "This recipient only accepts PayPal payments through their website. To make this payment, please visit their website and follow their instructions, or email them to ask how to proceed."

Have you encountered this kind of problem before? If not, what is the solution, and where does the problem come from?

Hello

To summarize, someone wants to pay you something via PayPal and is receiving this message?
Is this a payment from one individual to another? Or through which website?
If it’s between individuals, how exactly did you proceed for them to be able to pay you?
Is your contact reliable?
Have you also checked your PayPal account settings?
