'site' took too long to respond

Hello, since yesterday some sites are showing me the message:

This site is unreachable
"site" took too long to respond.
Here are some tips:

Check the connection
Check the proxy and firewall
Run Windows network diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I have tried several solutions:
- with another connection like the hotspot from my phone, the sites work normally
- I reset my browser and network settings, with no success
- I tried without a firewall or antivirus, with no success
- from another computer with the same connection everything works fine
- I checked the hosts file which blocks certain sites
- I renewed my DNS, with no success

After all that I have no more ideas, do you have any other ideas to solve my problem, I don't know what to do anymore.
