Acer Aspire One D270 - Drivers

This is the second time I've typed this question on this site and I haven't received any responses.

I no longer have internet connection on my computer.
When I open Device Manager, I have a yellow triangle with an exclamation point next to Network Controller in "Other Devices."
I tried updating the driver, but Windows doesn't find any driver.
Right-clicking on the network controller and going to "Properties," I get the message: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)."

What should I do?
The make and model of my PC is: Acer Aspire One D270
Windows XP 64 bit

Ethernet controller identification number: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_061F1025&REV_05

And the PCI device identification number:
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5209&SUBSYS_061F1025&REV_01

Thank you in advance.
