Hello, maybe this isn’t the right place to talk/request but I haven’t found a solution to solve the problem.
First, here’s my config: Ryzen 5 2600 + RX 570, 1 SSD 120GB and 8GB DDR4.
For some time I tried to update my graphics card and since then MSI Afterburner crashes when I start it; my two monitors go gray and one goes red, but my PC doesn’t shut down, so I can’t play or use my graphics card because if Afterburner isn’t running the fans don’t spin!

I haven’t found a solution! Please help.

    Hi,
Normally you’re not obliged to use Afterburner to control the fans.
What exact RX 570 model is it?

Check if you have the latest version of Afterburner, otherwise update it.

      Hi,
I have the latest version of Afterburner, I even reinstalled it.
And I was wondering if we are obliged to use Afterburner to manage them, but I didn't find any other solutions.
And I have an MSI Armor Radeon RX 570 4GB, in OC Edition

I just installed SpeedFan for my GPU; it seems like it's working correctly. So, I’m thinking of stopping using Afterburner.

If SpeedFan works correctly and suits you, you can keep it.

Otherwise, I think the problem with Afterburner comes from the profile used. When you uninstall Afterburner, there should be a checkbox or a question asking if you want to delete the profiles or something like that. You must check the box or say yes, and after reinstalling Afterburner it might go better.

Very well, I’ll keep it then.

I don’t know, because I’m ticking yes weirdly, but thanks anyway for the help! For the moment I don’t need Afterburner, so it can wait!
