Hello,
Since yesterday, I've been trying to make a payment on a site I use often. Everything goes well, I validate my digital key (I’m on my smartphone, on 4G), my authentication works, then an error page appears: "unable to find the IP address of secure.ogone.com". My payment is therefore not completing; I've tried 10 times...
They told me in customer support to clear the cache and cookies, which I did, but still nothing...
I wanted to try with another browser, but strangely I lose my discounts.
Anyway, could you please help me? Thank you

You need to check with the seller's site, it's their problem.
Have you tried connecting to a box or public Wi-Fi instead of 4G?
