Hello,

I just received my translator
Enence.
I downloaded the app. Set it up.
Everything seems fine. When I press and hold the A button to say what I want it to translate, nothing happens.

    Is it connected to the internet? This apparently is essential for its operation.
    Unfortunately, there are many more negative reviews about its effectiveness than positive ones.

    My partner bought a translator from enence; there is also a USB cable in the box that can be plugged into the device, but the other end of the cable is larger, so it's too big to fit into the phone. For transferring the app, but what is the purpose of the cable?

        What makes you say it's charging well? The red light goes off quickly when I plug in the charger...
