Hello,

I have a small Bluetooth key that is not accepted by Windows 10, driver error, in the device manager it shows: "generic Bluetooth radio" with a yellow triangle, I searched for the driver via Windows, it is up to date, and by searching my PC for the driver according to the identification number, there is error code 10, this device cannot start. If anyone has encountered this problem, thank you for the information!

It's not nice to promote yourself in someone else's thread ;-)

As for bazfile, I don't really understand, and why don't you provide the brand and model of your dongles?

Do you want to add Bluetooth to your PC that doesn't have it?
    or
Do you have a mouse and lost its original dongle, so you want to replace it?

You should have indicated from the outset that idea; it would have been much clearer and easier to understand.

Summary brand, yes it's no name and supposedly Plug and Play so probably no specific driver.
      Does it work or not?
Not great, their story and description (and price).

If you can try it on W7 or lower to see.

But hey, that won't take your mouse into account
I must have looked at or tinkered with this mouse keyboard dongle issue and there doesn't seem to be a solution.
Yes, it seems to work with the original one or nothing at all.

Better to buy a new one rather than spend the same amount on trials that will remain unsuccessful.

(This was out of curiosity, don't look any further. Programming a receiver, all to be done since they did it well in the factory, but this... that's too much.)

Thank you for your attention, I know what to expect now!
I couldn't do it either under Windows 7.

Yet I did warn you that this product was of poor quality; I even pointed out a Bluetooth key from a reputable brand in my message No. 3, see above.
