    Well, I have the answer!!! I sent an email to the Mad Movies editorial team!

    It is indeed a short film that is part of the sketch film ADRENALINE 1990, I found it on the internet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_UdNjTlM3U
    The ceiling scene starts around 7 minutes and 50 seconds.

    Hello Baratseb,

    Listen, it's strange for me to read you, I've been looking for this short film (I think it's one) for years.

    I also saw it as a child, late 90s/early 2000s on TV. It actually traumatized me quite a bit at that time. I can't remember anything else, I've been doing various searches for 3 years with no success. I was starting to wonder if I was just imagining it.

    Did you find out what it was? Or at least do you have any leads?

    I don't know what this movie is, I'm looking for it too (in the same series there's a man trapped in his car who gets crushed by a press in a junkyard).

    I’ve been looking for this short / feature film for a long time too!!!!
    It seems to me that it was without dialogue, and that the tragic scenes followed each other in an absurd way?
