Hello
I have read all the previous tutorials on installing compatible older versions, but I still can’t install NETFLIX on my iPad mini running version 9.3.5..... Yet I had it in the past -
Do you have any ideas for a solution, apart from buying a new tablet?

Yes, 2 possibilities! To download apps (the versions compatible "with the obsolete iOS"), you need an old version of the software
=> iTunes 12.6.3.6.
