Hi,
I have a Canon LBP 6030 printer, I installed it on a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, it powers on normally but when I put the toner in it doesn't recognize it.
Logically, when I place the toner in the printer, it should start because I have inserted the toner, but nothing happens. What possible solutions are there or what could be the problem with the printer or the toner?
Considering that I tried the toner in an identical printer and it works fine, thank you all.

Hello,
If it doesn't recognize it, there is an issue with your printer; check that the contacts between the toner and the printer are clean.
