Hello,

I did an update and everything is stuck. Windows 10 on Packard Bell. Microsoft is asking me how to boot from a USB drive because even they can't do it. Thank you for helping me.

    Did you make the key?

    You need to tap F8 as soon as you start up.
    Otherwise, try ESC, F2 or others.
    It should either open the boot menu or the BIOS.
