8D music doesn't work

Hello,
I have a Wiko Lenny 4 Plus, but when I try to listen to 8D music, it doesn't work. Do you have a technique that could help me?

    8D music plays on audio channels, so it only works with headphones at a minimum (right and left).
    A headset provides an even better experience.
    It's impossible to have the effect with just the phone's sound.

    However, if the 8D isn't working despite the headphones, it might be because the output is in mono, or at least converted to mono.

      Yes, but I know how to tell if I'm in mono, and just to be clear, I'm good with headphones (which work for 8D with my computer).

      I'm annoyed, I have to connect in mono to listen to it so I can't use my microphone (because I'm using a headset) :/ Any solution?

      Thank you very much, I activated mono without knowing what it was for and I didn't understand why 8D wasn't working anymore, thank you very much for your help.
