Emails are going to the archive folder instead of my inbox.

Hello
My inbox has been hacked, and since then, my contacts' emails either end up in the spam folder or in the archive folder.
How can I fix this problem please? THANK YOU very much

Is your problem with Outlook.com (web) or Outlook (Office)?

Now check if there are any rules that send them back.
1) Click on the gear icon at the top right
2) At the very bottom, click on More settings
3) On the left: mail
4) On the right: Rules
5) Now look in the right column to see if there is a rule like "move the mail to...

YES, I'm there I clicked on Rules
I don't see any rules, but it offers me "add a new rule"
