Hello, I can't read my hard drive on my new Hisense H65B7300 TV.
My hard drive is a Porsche and another one is a Seagate with USB 3.0 outputs, while my screen has USB 2.0 (Type A). However, a basic USB stick can read a movie/photos/music without any problem. Do you have a solution to this issue? Thank you for your help.

Hello,
This is probably caused by the type of file system of the hard drive. (https://www.commentcamarche.net/contents/1017-le-systeme-de-fichiers)
The USB drive must be in FAT32 and the hard drive in NTFS. To check, display the device properties (next to the available space indication). To modify it, you need to format it. Be careful, a device in FAT32 cannot have a file larger than 5GB (a very large movie for example).

500 GB drive and 2 TB drive!
My drives were fine but I can't read them on the TV or on my PC anymore!
Drives FAT 32 but nothing works anymore and no other backups.
