Hello,

My ALCATEL F530 landline phone works at the Auchan service center and rings!
Except that at home it is silent... and the voicemail I hear is not mine...
What's happening?
The manual I found online doesn't help me at all.
Thank you very much.

Hello,
Is this phone connected to a box?
If so, reset it (the box) by cutting its power supply for a good minute.

The voicemail you reach is that of your operator.

Especially when it is not there...

Nothing works
Unplugged, plugged back in, batteries removed and replaced... BOX OK ....
In fact, no connection ... even though it was working at the Auchan service center ...
and there is a connection between the two bases ...
Anyway, what a disaster!

There is a connection between the two bases ...
Two bases? There is one base and one charger
The base is connected to the power supply and the phone network and has several buttons and a display in the case of a F530 Voice).
The charger is only powered electrically and has no buttons.

The only possible connection is the handsets with the base via radio...

Among the icons listed in the image below please specify which ones are present on the handsets' screen and among those which ones are blinking.

Note that you did not tell me where the phone cable of the base is connected.
