no CD playback, displays NO DISC

Question

Hello, I have a Philips FW372C 3 CD player that worked wonderfully, and now it shows NO DISC even though there is one! I thought it needed cleaning, so I bought a CD with a brush… but it doesn’t do anything because nothing happens. I have cleaned the CDs again… Could someone please tell me what I should do? I’m sorry because it's a great device! Thank you very much, have a great end of the day.

I think that the CDs have a codec issue for being played on this player, if they are burned CDs? Prepare them with CD Burner XP.  --     “Take your chance, embrace your happiness and go towards your risk. By watching you, they will get used to it.” René Char

Hi  Indeed, if you're having trouble with different CDs, the player probably has a problem  Definitely a lens cleaning needed if you have a repair person in your area  --
