No CD playback, displays NO DISC

Hello, I have a Philips FW372C 3 CD player that worked wonderfully, and now it shows NO DISC even though there is one! I thought it needed cleaning, so I bought a CD with a brush… but it doesn’t do anything because nothing happens.
I have cleaned the CDs again…
Could someone please tell me what I should do?

Hi

Indeed, if you're having trouble with different CDs, the player probably has a problem

Definitely a lens cleaning needed if you have a repair person in your area
