LG TV error message

Hello,
My daughter pressed the remote control of the television at home, which caused my LG TV to glitch.
Today, an error message displays upon startup, and the HDMI ports don't seem to be recognized anymore.
Do you think a simple reset would be enough to get everything back to normal, or is there really an issue?

It would be better to provide the reference for the LG TV as well as the error message beforehand.
