SOS virus Win 32 Matcash aidez moi SVP!!!!!!

Bnsoir , voilà je vous explique ça fais des semaines que mon pc rame ,ouverture fermeture windows ,internet tres lent , j'utilisais nod 32
et à chaque scan ,il ne trouvai rien par contre il m'indiquait que certaines choses étaient vérouillé ,il me semble que cela avait un rapport avec boot sector, page file.
Bref j'ai X scan en ligne , panda , fsecure , kapersky , bitdefender rien , j'utilise spybot SD , AD-adware , Ccleaner .
Hier j'ai fais un scan avec Windows live on care :
