Force iOS 10 on iOS 9.3.5

I have an iPad running iOS 9.3.5 and I would like to upgrade it to at least iOS 10 because many applications are asking for it. ????????

    Hello,

    It's not possible.
    Updates are automatically offered (you can search for them in your iOS settings).
    => If it tells you it’s up to date, it is “up to date.”
    => That means your iOS is considered “obsolete” by Apple.
    => The latest version on the market will not install (July 2019: iOS 13).

    However, it is possible to bypass Apple's planned obsolescence, that is, by “forcing” the installation of the latest compatible version. (Currently, most versions compatible with iOS 9 work perfectly).
