Hello,
When you tag someone in your story, normally the person receives a notification. In the messages, it says something like "Intel mentioned you in their story." However, now I can mention the person but nothing appears in the messages, so the person doesn’t see it. Did she block me?

Welcome to the CCM forum.
Thank you for not creating multiple threads.
It's completely normal. There are technical issues with the InstaGram servers.
You'll need to be patient ;-)
