Hello everyone,
I wanted to try online casinos, and a friend recommended Cresus Casino with a good sign-up bonus.
By depositing €200, I was offered a €300 bonus, bringing my total to €500 to play with.
I first went down to €120 at Blackjack, then I climbed back up to €1100, still at Blackjack and also at Roulette.
I then wanted to withdraw my winnings, but to my great surprise, I can't withdraw my winnings; I'm offered to forfeit my €300 bonus (even though I did use this bonus since I went down to €100) in order to be able to withdraw my stake.
What should I do? My bonus expires in 14 days; should I wait until the end of it, or will the situation be the same?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards

You definitely shouldn't play. The site is well run. You'll get a small win and then they'll take everything from you. Do not put any money on this site; it's rigged so you won't win anything. Play on another site, you'll see the difference like I did.
Hi Jojo!
If I'm not mistaken, you can only keep the bonus if you meet certain conditions. For this bonus, it seems that you need to wager 40 times the amount of the bonus before you can cash it out (I found this info on this page if I'm not mistaken: https://www.critiquejeu.com/avis-cresus-casino/). Let's just say you have little chance of achieving that :P
The easiest way to be sure is to contact support; they'll respond better than I can :) Well done on your winnings in the meantime!

It's normal that when you play with a bonus, you have to forfeit it if you have a win. This applies to slot machines, but it is by no means a scam, because all other casinos that offer you a bonus to recover your winnings require you to play the bonus 20 or 30 times, and in the end, you have nothing left!
I can say that the casino is quite dangerous in any form.
In other words, you still don't calculate everything completely.

It must be understood that this site, unlike others, will never pay you; they will always have an excuse. Try to recover what doesn’t exist if you are very lucky, and request the closure of your account because if you look closely, your deposits are withdrawn to different countries to avoid being traced.
Why tell nonsense? If you are a compulsive gambler and spend all your winnings because of an illness, it can be treated, so get help.
Like everyone else, I tested this casino and requested a withdrawal which I received. You just have to know when to stop before losing everything. So this casino is reliable. Consider this a warning.

caring about the excessive risk of gambling and the fact that I bet too much so they don’t pay me...
My question is the opposite: if I had lost, would I have received the same email with a refund?
Always the same problem when it comes to paying you, it’s goodbye...
So a good piece of advice...
