Impossible-to-remove protective film

Hello,

I received a refurbished iPhone 8 this morning, ordered from BackMarket.
The phone works perfectly, is in great condition, but one problem remains: the refurbisher applied an EXTREMELY thin plastic film to the front and back of the phone that shows fingerprints like crazy, collects dust, etc.. it's a disaster.
But unfortunately, these films are so thin that they are impossible to peel off, for example.

Does anyone know how to remove this type of film? For instance, with a product that would dissolve it or something like that.

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 75.0.3770.100

Hi, it's probably not a protective film, but a layer of varnish to hide scratches. I advise you to return the product as soon as possible; without knowing the nature of the applied product, it's likely to damage the screen even more.

Good evening,
I doubt it, because the tracing of the potential film is very precise but applied sideways. Moreover, when you tap on the areas covered by the film and the others that are not, you hear a very different sound: the place where the film is sounds much more hollow than the non-filmed glass areas. I contacted customer service for more information, and I will see what they reply to me tomorrow.
