Can't remove my tempered glass.

Hello,
I bought a tempered glass for a Huawei Nova on Amazon 5 months ago.
Over time, cracks appeared on the glass, so I wanted to remove it and put on a new one.
The problem is that when I was removing it, the glass cracked even more and I couldn't get it off completely.
In the end, the upper and lower black edges remain, along with pieces of glass.
Do you have any tips or tricks to help me remove all of the glass?
