U torrent: more downloads possible

Hello everyone,
my µtorrent is not downloading anymore, and I noticed this only since the YGG torrent site, no issues on Pirate Bay.
When I run the "set up guide," I get the message "lookup error: unknown host (11001)" in bandwidth
and for network: "results: port is not open"
Same message in the logger...
it's version 3.5.5
I'm losing my mind... :) any ideas to fix the problem?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 75.0.3770.100

Hello,
Apparently the problem comes from the firewall or Avast if you have it installed (by the way, if you are on Windows 10, Avast is useless as the built-in antivirus manages everything very well on its own.)
You can also try using the software Free Download Manager which is, in my opinion, better for downloading torrents.
