Comme beaucoup de monde j'ai des fenètres intempestives cid et spyware-secure.
Pourriez m'aider.

Salut, 

Je veux bien essayer de t'aider. 

- Télécharge HiJackThis de Merijn http://www.merijn.org/files/HiJackThis_v2.exe sur ton bureau
- Renomme "HiJackThis.exe" en "scanner.exe"
- Double cliques dessus et choisis l'option "Do a scan and Save a logfile"
- Copie Colle le log généré ci-dessous.

Salut, 

On va procéder dans l'ordre. Tu as une infection Adware (Instant Access-Edgacces) qui affiche des PoP Up de publicité.. Je suppose que ton PC ralentit un fameux coup lorsque tu lances Internet... De plus, t'as deux antivirus (Norton et Avast!), c'est pas recommandé pour la stabilité du PC ! 

Fais ceci:

- Télécharge Navilog: http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe sur ton bureau
- Si le programme ne démarre pas tout seul, Double cliques sur Navilog1.bat (le .bat peut ne pas apparaître)
- Lorsque tu auras la fenetre noire, choisis ta langue.
- Appuie sur une touche pour continuer.
- Suis ce qui est indiqué jusqu'au choix d'options. Choisis la 1. Ne touche à RIEN pendant le scan.
- fixnavi.txt va alors s'ouvrir. Copie colle le EN ENTIER ici.

re salut 
je t'ai envoué un message mais je croie que tu ne l'a pas reçu.
Je te disais que quand j'ai l'ancé l'option 2 l'ordi c'est arrèté tous seul et à redémarré ensuite j'ai du cliqué par érreur sur  su le dossier navilog que j'avais téléchargé il m'a alors sorti un message cleannavi j'ai voulu relancer l'opton 2 navilog et j'ai eu le message que si je n'avas pas exécuté l'option 1 ça ne pouvais pas marcher c'est pourquoi plutot que de fair des conneries j'a préferé refaire l'option 1 rechercher. 
C''est pour ça qe je t'es envoyé une deuxiéme recherche.
J'attend ta réponse.
Esque je peu lancer l'option 2 ?
je te remerci de bien vouloir t'occuper de mon problème qui ne fait qu'empirer.

- Copie colle le cadre ci-dessous dans un fichier texte placé sur ton bureau:
liiqvhz
tkiweura- Enregistre les consignes ci-après car tu vas devoir démarrer en mode sans échec et donc sans internet. 
- Redémarre en mode sans échec. Pour ce faire, après le bip d'allumage de ton PC, tapotes sur F8 jusqu'à l'apparition d'un menu. Là tu choisis "Mode sans échec". 
- Là, double cliques à nouveau sur Navilog1.bat
- Suis les instructions jusqu'au menu de choix. 
- Choisis l'option 4. 
- Lorsque l'on te demandera le nom du fichier à supprimer, tape le 1er nom que je t'ai fait copier coller tout à l'heure dans un fichier texte sur ton bureau. 
- Tu devras le retaper une deuxième fois pour éviter les erreurs
- A la fin du prog, cleanavi.txt s'ouvrira à nouveau. Enregistre le. 
- Recommence l'opération avec le deuxième nom que je t'ai fait copier. 
- Copie colle son contenu ici.

Pour effectuer un nettoyage avec choix 2
vous devez imperativement avoir au paravent fait
une recherche avec le choix 1 et transmis le rapport
au Helper qui vous a pris en charge
le Fix va ètre interompu
Appuyer sur une touche pour continuer...

J'ai redémarré ma bécane.
A l'ouverture de ma page d'acceuil internet explorer, j'ai eu droit à une fenètre cid.J'ai ensuite voulu te posté se message et j'ai eu le message comme quoi la page internet n'était plus disponible avec une petite pub sur le marché.

C'est normal, on n'a éliminé qu'une partie de l'infection.. 

/!\ N'exécute un programme que lorsque demandé /!\

- Télécharge clean.zip http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip sur ton bureau.
- Fais Clic droit, extraire tout. 

- Télécharge SmitFraudFix http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip sur ton bureau. 
- Fais Clic droit, extraire tout. 

- Télécharge et installe AVG AntiSpyware https://www.malekal.com/avg-antivirus-free-antivirus-gratuit-pour-proteger-son-pc-des-virus/

- ATTENTION, Enregistre tout ce qui va suivre dans un fichier texte sur ton bureau car tu n'auras plus accès à internet en mode sans échec. 

- Redémarre en mode sans échec. Pour cela, après le bip d'allumage de ton PC, tapotes sur F8. Un menu va s'ouvrir, sélectionne "Mode sans échec".Quand tu y seras, regardes les instructions que tu as enregistré pour connaitre la suite. 

- Ouvre le dossier Clean sur ton bureau et double cliques sur clean.cmd
- Dans la fenêtre qui apparait, choisis l'option 2 et laisse le nettoyage commencer.
- Exécute SmitfraudFix en lançant le fichier SmitfraudFix.cmd
- Choisis l'option 2. 
- Si deux questions te sont posées, réponds oui.
- A la fin, fais un scan avec AVG antispyware que tu as téléchargé et installé. 

J'attends donc les 3 rapports.

Salut, 

Fais ceci dans l'ordre: 
1. VundoFix:
- Télécharge VundoFix by Atribune: http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4 
- Double cliques dessus, 
- Choisis "Scan For Vundo"
- Si le programme veut supprimer des objets, accepte. 
- A la fin, il te sera peut etre demandé de redémarrer, fais le. 

2. VirtumondeBegone et Symantec Vundo Remove Tool 
- Télécharge VirtumondeBeGone ici: http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/VirtumundoBeGone.exe 
- Télécharge Symantec Vundo Remove Tool ici: https://www.broadcom.com/support/security-center

3. Désinfection:
- Démarre Windows en mode Sans échec. Pour ce faire, après le bip d'allumage de ton PC et avant le logo de WinXP, tapotes sur F8 jusqu'à l'apparition du menu ou tu choisiras "Mode Sans Echec". 
- Exécute VirtumondeBeGone
- Exécute Symantec Vundo Remove Tool. 
- Redémarre en mode normal. 
- Poste un nouveau rapport HiJackThis.

J'ai téléchargé  VirtumondeBegone et Symantec Vundo Remove Tool,je l'es ai éxécuté en mode sana échec.

Salut, 

Désolé pour le retard !

- Désinstalle maintenant SpySweeper. 
- Désinstalle Ad Aware 2007. 

ENSUITE

Tu possèdes Avast!, tu n'es donc pas, pour moi et beaucoup d'autres helpers, protégé au mieux. Je te recommande d'en changer pour Avira Antivir, qui est beaucoup plus performant et réactif. Le petit défaut est qu'il est en anglais, c'est pourquoi voici deux liens qui t'aideront à en changer sans problème:

Désinstalle Avast! avant d'installer Avira Antivir !

J'ai desintalé Spy Spewpper et Ad Aware 2007 et Avast .
J'ai eu beaucoup pour télécharger Avira Antivi, mais jy suis arrivé.
Le problème c'est que je ne peu pas le mettre à jour .
Je t'envoi les rappots.
L'anglais et moi ça fait deux !
Esque je peu lancer un scan malgré qu'il ne sit pas à jour ?

3. Install this software pack on your computer.

In order for Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic to run properly,
the computer system must fulfill the following requirements:

- No other on-access scanner (also called Guard) installed

3 Incompatibilities with other programs
***************************************

Cygwin

If the Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic runs on a system  where
the product Cygwin is  installed, you might encounter  problems with
updating the Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic. In a worst  case
scenario  you  might  not  be  able  to  update  the  Avira  AntiVir
PersonalEdition Classic at all.  Background to this behavior  is the
fact  that the  cygwin process  "cygrun.srv.exe" together  with the
Microsoft Client/Server runtime server subsystem ("csrss.exe) causes

Users who  have up  to now  installed an  ANSI version  of the  Avira
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic software pack on a Microsoft  Windows
NT, Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows XP operating  system,
receive update information when attempting to update.

When updating, please proceed as follows:
 
1. Deinstall   the   installed   version   of   the   Avira   AntiVir
   PersonalEdition Classic.
2. Download a current software pack  from the downoad section of  the
   Avira  AntiVir  PersonalEdition  Classic  website  
   https://www.avira.com/
3. Install this software pack on your computer.

1 System requirements
*********************

In order for Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic to run properly,
the computer system must fulfill the following requirements:

- Computer: Pentium or higher, at least 133 MHz

- Operating system
  - Microsoft Windows Vista or
  - Microsoft Windows XP Home or Professional, or
  - Microsoft Windows 2000, SP 4 recommended
  
Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic also supports Microsoft Windows
XP x64 Edition.
  
The display of the program  interfaces can differ, depending on  the
operating system used.

- 30 MB free memory on the hard disk (more if quarantine is used)

- Min. 100 MB temporary memory on the hard disk

- Min. 25 MB of free main memory

- For all installations: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher

- For the installation of Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic: 
  administrator rights

2 Important requirements for an installation
********************************************

Ensure that the following  requirements are fulfilled so  that Avira
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic works properly on your computer:

- System requirements fulfilled
- No other on-access scanner (also called Guard) installed
- Installer has administrator rights
- Internet/Intranet connection available
- All running programs on the computer exited


3 Incompatibilities with other programs
***************************************

Cygwin

If the Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic runs on a system  where
the product Cygwin is  installed, you might encounter  problems with
updating the Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic. In a worst  case
scenario  you  might  not  be  able  to  update  the  Avira  AntiVir
PersonalEdition Classic at all.  Background to this behavior  is the
fact  that the  cygwin process  "cygrun.srv.exe" together  with the
Microsoft Client/Server runtime server subsystem ("csrss.exe) causes
a complete load of the system  once the update process of the  Avira
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic is started. It is therefore strongly
recommended   to   deinstall  Cygwin   before   the  Avira   AntiVir
PersonalEdition Classic is installed.

C'est pas grave pour le français ;o)

Dans le rapport d'Antivir, rien de grave: 
- Désactive la restauration système (Panneau de configuration / Système / Restauration du système / Désactiver la restauration). 
- Supprime Navilog par le menu Ajout / Suppression Programme. 
- Supprime ce programme: SweetIM For Internet Explorer dans Ajout / Suppression Programme. 
  
HiJackThis
- Relance HiJackThis
- Choisis l'option "Do a system scan only"
- Coches les lignes suivantes:O3 - Toolbar: SweetIM For Internet Explorer - {BC4FFE41-DE9F-46fa-B455-AAD49B9F9938} - C:\Program Files\Macrogaming\SweetIMBarForIE	oolbar.dll - Cliques sur Fix Checked

J'ai desactivé la restauration système.
J'ai supprimé navilog par le menu Ajout / Suppression de programme.
Je n'ai pas trouvé le programme SweetIM Internet Explorerdans Ajout / Suppression de programme, je l'ai supprimé manuelement..!
J'ai lancé HiJackThis et je n'ai pas trouvé l'option Do a system scan only
J'ai fais scan, j'ai selectioner 03 la ligne que tu avait demandée,j'ai fai fix checken, la ligne a disparue.
Ca y est j'ai trouvé il fallait faire Main menu
Je pense que je ne vais pas avoir mon exam..!
Je redémare l'ordi, la ligne 03 napparait plus 
Je te poste le rapport.Je ne suis encore pas au top excuse moi.

Bonjour, 

C'est OK, tu n'es plus infecté ! Suis les quelques manip' suivantes afin de nettoyer ton PC: 

1. Finir le nettoyage :
- Nettoie ton ordinateur avec CCleaner : https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-ccleaner/
- Tu peux ensuite désinstaller tous les programmes que l'on a utilisé.

2. Comment se protéger des virus :

- Je t'invite aussi à mettre à jour tous les composants de ton système et de garder l'habitude de les maintenir à jour car un ordinateur avec des logiciels non à jour = infection ! 
- Tu peux scanner ton ordinateur pour vérifier quels sont les programmes non à jour en suivant les directives de cette page : https://www.malekal.com/tester-la-vulnerabilite-de-son-systeme-2/  

3. Rapporter ton infection
