Canon PIXMA TS5050 - Printer

Hello,

I have a Canon TS5050 printer. It was working very well, but for the past week, when I tried to turn it back on after a long time without using it, it won't print...
I feel like the paper feeding mechanism is acting up. It takes half of the sheet (it goes into the printer halfway) and then nothing. And of course, the printer is printing blank pages, thus wasting ink.
The paper is not stuck because I can easily remove the sheet. Do you have any advice for a solution?

If you can easily remove the sheet, it means that the feed rollers have not locked.
Normally, they only turn in one direction (the direction of the sheet passage)... and at a certain point in the cycle, they are raised to allow for paper engagement.
Check that nothing has fallen inside (coin, piece of plastic, etc...)
