Hello,

For a few months now, when I try to install Chrome it shows me this message: "Your network administrator has applied a group policy that prevents installation." I don't know what to do. I read a post saying that with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool I could fix this problem; could someone help me know how to proceed, please?

Here are the files obtained after analysis with FRST:

Thank you for your future help.

You have programs that were installed when you bought the computer or later on and which are not necessarily useful. They take up space in Windows and can slow it down. So you can uninstall them. Go to the Control Panel then Programs and Features. Uninstall:

    CCleaner
Java (in any case many old versions installed)
    TuneUp Utilities

PS: CCleaner isn’t really useful, even if it’s recommended everywhere.
If you want to keep it, disable CCleaner monitoring, useless, it starts with Windows and slows it down with these incessant cleanups, see: https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-ccleaner-demarrage-windows/

Here is the correction to perform with FRST. You can help yourself with this explanatory note with screenshots.
Relaunch FRST then press on your keyboard the CTRL + Y key.
    Notepad will open, copy/paste this.

    Start:
    CloseProcesses:
    CreateRestorePoint:

    GroupPolicy\User: Restriction ? <==== ATTENTION

    EmptyTemp:
    RemoveProxy:
    Reboot:
    End:
