No boot option priorities on aptio setup utility

Hello,
I’m trying to boot my PC from a USB key, and when I go to the Boot menu / Boot Option Priorities, there is only Windows Boot Manager. When I go to Add Boot Option I apparently have to enter something (what), and in Path for boot option / select a file system there is only one choice.
Could someone please help me? I’ve looked at several tutorials and can’t find this case.
It’s for an Asus X540Y.
