TNT express delivery a disgrace!!!

Hello,
Same for me this morning, I'm waiting for a delivery of chairs, the delivery person isn't ringing the doorbell and is going to drop off the 12 kg package directly at the parcel pickup point. I receive a text informing me that due to my absence, the package has been dropped off at the pickup point.
I immediately called TNT, the people who answer the phone are completely jaded and/or briefed and therefore couldn't care less about our issue. No one can provide any information, the only solution is to go pick up the package, except ............ that I can't,
I agree with the idea of boycotting TNT, it's a recurring issue,
I will do as you do and inform my sellers that if TNT delivers, I won't buy.
Right now I'm waiting for my seller to call me back,
It's unbearable to pay delivery fees, to organize my morning to be here, and to deal with a service that doesn't take the time to respect its commitments.
The means of pressure is the "boycott" of TNT,
