Souci Windows Update

Bonjour,

Je suis sous Windows 10 version 1803.
Hier , Windows Update me signale la mise à jour vers la version 1903.
Je lance le processus et là , j' ai tout qui plante .
Impossible de finaliser l' installation .
De plus , Firefox est sans cesse entrain à planter depuis cela tout comme n' importe quel navigateur .
Le plus surprenant , est que j' avais 4 points de restauration et ceux- ci ont disparu donc impossible de faire marche arrière .
J' ai pour ma part lancé un nettoyage du système à l' aide de l' outil de Windows , nettoyé Windows Update mais j' obtiens l' erreur 0x800700e.
Je ne sais comment résoudre tout ces soucis .

De quel espace disque libre disposes-tu sur C ?

Salut,

Essaye par Media Creation tool ou l'assistant.
Suis ces tutos pas à pas :
- Télécharger et installer la mise à jour Windows 10 1903 (malekal.com)
- installer la mise à jour Windows 10 1903 (CCM)
Si pas mieux :

Faudrait donner le contenu des journaux d'erreur.

Affiche les fichiers cachés et systèmes.

puis :

regarde si dans ces dossiers, tu as un fichier setupact.log et setuperr.log
C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback
C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther

  Voilà , j' ai essayé via ton premier lien et j' ai cette erreur :
  
  Je regarde du coté du fichier journal mais je pense que j' ai du effacer , je te tiens informé .

  C' est tout ce que j' ai comme fichier mais c' est lequel ou la totalité de ces dossiers dont tu as besoin ?

  Bon, ça a l'air d'être sur le bon chemin :-)
  
  J'ai supprimé Avast et relancé l'installation de la mise à jour.
  Apparemment, c'est bon, il télécharge et est à 10%.
  Je te dis ce qu'il en est dès que c'est terminé.
