Canon MG3650s printing issue

Hello, yesterday I bought a Canon MG3650s, I installed it and wanted to test it but unfortunately, there are printing bugs. I tried reinstalling it several times and aligning the print heads but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me please?

      For example, I have letters that shift or stretch; sometimes it prints one letter across the entire line.
