Scrolling down issue Solved

Hello

My computer is running Windows 10, and since this morning, my Start menu and the Settings menu are scrolling automatically downwards, while my internet browser and Windows Explorer are not affected by this issue.

I performed a scan with Malwarebytes (which found nothing) as well as a CCleaner scan, but the problem persists.

My apologies, it was due to my controller, the cable coiled around was pressing on the directional pad (I admit I feel pretty stupid now). A big thanks to jag72 who tried to help me.

Hello,  Remember to check the cleanliness of the keyboard. Maybe a key is stuck due to some foreign object  -- Signature: I put on more. I annoy too many people who are not used to putting on any. :'(

I don't think this is due to a dirty keyboard because, as I mentioned in my question, this issue occurs in the start menu and the control panel but not in the browser or the file explorer.
I also add that this problem also occurs when the keyboard is unplugged.
