Locked TV keyboard

Hello,
I have a flat screen TV from the brand Nasa, and when I try to change channels using the TV buttons, I get a message that says "keyboard locked," knowing that my remote control is unresponsive. I would need help, please?

    Hello,

    I believe that NASA is not a TV brand..?? But a TV channel, otherwise give us the exact model..

    If the keyboard is locked, there must be a reason..?? And the remote control may need new batteries...
    All of this seems to lack seriousness... and I can't quite see what kind of help could be provided in this case.

    Too bad I can't provide a photo because the TV is indeed from the NASA brand (model: LTV058A) and no, I'm not talking about the television channel.
    The batteries are new.

    I hear your words, even though there are some confusions in the language..!

    The remote control may not work...? Is it infrared..? or another technology..?

    For the infrared, we can check if it sends signals by placing it in front of the lens of a camera (or smartphone)... we press a button; and a blinking light should appear on the screen... That is an indication.
