Automatic excavation volume calculation

Hello,

I have two tables in the Excel file.

The goal of these tables is to determine the volume that has been removed daily from the soil. I represented it with a color code along with the date. In Table 1, the total of the cells corresponds to the total volume of soil to be excavated. Each cell therefore corresponds to a certain volume. We have two areas, the EAST and WEST zones, knowing that for each zone we have 30 rows and 4 columns; and each row corresponds to 1 meter of depth. Because for this excavation, we excavate a part in the west zone, then a part in the east zone, then another in the west zone.... and so on.

I inserted a calculation in the first table (tabl1) so that it returns the number of cells when I enter the volume that has been excavated.

QUESTION: How can I make the number of cells in Table 1 corresponding to the excavated volume automatically change color after I enter the excavated volume in the corresponding cell (here tabl 2, column C)?

And how can I link Table 1 and Table 2 so that when I enter the date in Table 2 (column B), it displays in Table 1 the colored cells with the date written, and this each time I enter a new date and a new volume without overlapping and distinguishing between the EAST and WEST areas

I need an urgent response!!!!

I want to specify that I prefer something simple without macros.

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 60.0

A phrase to be banned absolutely! There’s nothing like it to discourage any willingness to respond...

And when one says they are in a hurry, they should attach the Excel file in question, not just simple images!
     1) Go to https://www.cjoint.com/
    2) Click on [Browse] to select your file (15 MB max)
    3) Scroll down to click on the blue button [Create Cjoint link]
    4) After a few seconds, the second page will appear with the link in bold; right-click on it and choose "Copy link"
    5) Return to your discussion on CCM, and in your message, press "Paste".
