Contract termination with Inwi

Hello,

I had signed a one-year contract with Inwi that includes the telephone line and internet.
But given their very very very bad service: I subscribed to a speed of over 30 megabytes and I only receive between 3 and 4 megabytes.
I'm asking how to cancel this contract.
