Hello,
For ecological and economic reasons, I decided to sell all my clothes on Vinted to buy less outdated clothing. The problem is that while my photos are clear and uncropped outside of Vinted, they appear blurry and cut off on Vinted.
For example, let's imagine a belt with fringes and two buckles on it; well, on Vinted, you only see one very blurry buckle, so much so that you wouldn’t even know it’s a belt for sale unless you read the text. I have contacted Vinted numerous times, and they respond ineffectively, like many websites do, as if they have canned responses. They don’t hesitate to send a generic reply that has nothing to do with your question. I had the same issue on Leboncoin; my photos were blurry and cropped there too, so I couldn’t sell anything.
How do you ensure that your photos appear complete and clear on Vinted? Is there a specific photo size to adhere to? I’ve seen this question from beginners many times online, but no one answers it, and in Vinted's help section, in their "selling step by step,” there’s no information on this very common problem.
Thank you for your knowledge! lou
