My Thomson tablet is no longer detecting Wi-Fi networks.

Hello everyone,

I'm posting here because I'm really upset and I don't know who to turn to. I bought a small Thomson 2-in-1 tablet at Darty which is really great (fast, practical, etc.), but for the past few months it hasn't been able to detect any Wi-Fi networks unlike all my other devices. I've tried everything, restarting it, resetting it... Nothing works. Do you know what could be going on?

    Bring it to customer service. It's possible that the equipment has failed you.
