Boot menu/App menu display

Hello everyone,
While I left my Samsung computer (Windows 7) charging overnight, the next morning I found myself facing the following display when I turned it on. Could someone please help me quickly? Thanks in advance.

      Actually, I did send one, but it didn't go through, so I'll describe the display

      Square in the center of the screen

      Boot Menu App Menu
      1. SATA HDD: ST500LT012-1DG142
      2. SATA CD: TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-U633J
      3. Windows Boot Manager
      4. Windows Boot Manager

      At the bottom of the screen, there are indications like: arrows = Move Enter= Select Esc = Exit Tab = Switch Menu

      You can only select Boot Menu and not App Menu. You can select one of the 4 options, but it doesn’t change anything. Thank you for your quick responses in advance.

        What happens if you select 3 or 4 and then press "ENTER"?

      Well, the screen goes black for 3 seconds and then returns to this display, without any change.

        You need to test your hard drive on another PC.
