Very ugly font display on Windows

Hello,

I've been having an issue for a few days, the character display is very ugly...
I've tried to adjust the fonts but nothing works... I don't understand.

Here's a screenshot so you can see what I'm talking about.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Opera 9.80

    Good problem solved ^^ that was quick!

    In the start menu type systempropertiesperformance.exe
    run the program it suggests, then you need to check "smooth edges of screen fonts" and you're all set!
