Hello, since this morning my computer displays "Windows is loading files" at startup and I am stuck since then. I am following the various repair steps but to no avail. I would like to know if I could restart my computer using the keyboard keys. Thank you for your response. Best regards

    Hello,

    Launch a System Restore from the "Repair my computer" menu. To do this, restart your computer, and before the Windows logo appears, tap the F8 key; a menu will appear. Select Repair my computer and press the enter key on the keyboard. Follow the tutorial prompts. For more information or additional help, read the section Windows 7 Recovery Options

    TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PAGE CAREFULLY - DO NOT PERFORM A FACTORY RESET!

    NB: System Restore does not cause data loss; it reloads a previous "image" of Windows. Be careful to read carefully and do not select a Factory Reset, or you will lose all your data!
