I can no longer turn on my TV channels. I have a message on the screen: no signal
How can I fix this issue? Is the decoder from 2013 supposed to be replaced?

Hello,
Since when has this decoder not been working?
Turn on the terminal
Remove the card
Turn off the terminal
Unplug the power and antenna cables
Reconnect only the power cable
Gently rub the chip of the card on a piece of clothing
Reinsert the card chip side down into the terminal, chip facing the ground and pushed all the way in
Turn on the terminal
Wait for a message like 'no signal'
Then reconnect the antenna cable
Reset your terminal (factory settings)*
And proceed with the reinstallation- If the satellite dish is functioning properly, to reset to factory settings, see here:
