How to change the color of the padlock on my SFR email box. The only mailbox (out of 4) that shows a yellow triangle on a gray padlock. And the SFR team doesn't understand! Your insights are necessary for me.

The gray padlock + the exclamation point means:
The website does not provide any information about its identity.
The connection between Firefox and the site is only partially encrypted and does not prevent the interception of transmitted information.
Once identified with an encrypted information exchange (green padlock), the consultation of messages is always done in an encrypted manner but without certificate exchange.
The exclamation point concerns, apparently, unencrypted exchanges of elements on the page such as images, icons, and logos.
This is not synonymous with hacking.
If you want total security, you need to use an external mailer and possibly additional encryption
