Hello,
So, I've been having the problem with the .dll not being designed for Windows for several days now. It occurred when I downloaded an image. At the end of the download, all my active .exe programs shut down, and I can't reopen them. I've spent the last three days browsing the web in search of a solution, without success. The only thing I haven't tried yet for technical reasons is a CD/USB reinstallation of Windows.
So, I can't download third-party software (because they are in .exe). I attempted a factory reset, but I still have the same problem, although the faulty .dll files seem different.
Now, the problematic .dll files are MSIMG32.dll, dhcpcsvc6.dll, and dhcpcsvc.dll.
Hence, I ask you to provide me with a solution to fix this issue, other than a CD or USB reinstallation, and that doesn't involve any software containing an .exe.
I wish you a good day/evening, and thank you in advance!
P.S.: After the reset, I only have the basic antivirus, and I can’t download another one anyway.

Hello,
To start, save the important documents located on the C drive.
Then try to reset Windows: how to reset Windows 10.

Please press any key to continue the disinfection...

As I mentioned in my message, I just reset Windows, but the problem persists.
Because if they are on another drive, it might be them that are damaged and not Windows.
That would explain why the reset didn’t solve anything.
