Find the "CT number"?

Hello everyone!

I have a "slight" problem when I turn on my computer, it shows me this:

Knowing that I've restored it to factory settings. I found a solution is to contact HP, to help me restore the "CT number". The message appears when a component of the PC has been replaced (which is my case). But I’ve tried several solutions to recover this famous "CT number" and I can't do it! When I press F1 at startup, at the System board CT number, it says "HP" instead of what should be 14 characters! I don’t know what to do. If you have a solution, I would be delighted! Thank you for your help!

Hi, is this a salvaged PC? You probably need to see if it has a slot for a card on the motherboard; if it does, without this card, you can't get this "PC" to work. A card that is not a standard card for a consumer PC.

No, this is not a recovery spike. The PC was bought new from the store. I changed the hard drive myself some time ago.

And the HP support doesn't provide anything? You need to give the original indications on the disk, I hope you didn't throw it away, only the code on it gives you access to HP support for a viable response.

I haven't asked HP anything yet, since it gives me this famous character code...
