Hello,
Press Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
What do you have in audio, video and game controllers?
Do you have a section --> other devices?
If there is an alert regarding audio:
Provide the hardware identification number of the device
Look at this --> Find a device's hardware ID
Post the number in your next message.
Is Windows 10 32 or 64 bits?

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits
Download this driver --> Audio
Right-click on --> sp48147.exe
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "sp48147\"
Go to device manager
Right-click on the device
Update driver
Browse my computer ......
Browse
Go to the extracted driver folder --> sp48147
Folder --> WDM
Select the folder --> Vista
OK, next
Restart.
