I am reaching out to you for help.
My laptop has a sound driver problem, I have already searched with all the troubleshooting tools without finding a solution, I have installed Windows 10 on my laptop.
I pray that someone can help me, really

    Hello,

    Press Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    What do you have in audio, video and game controllers?

    Do you have a section --> other devices?

    If there is an alert regarding audio:
    Provide the hardware identification number of the device
    Look at this --> Find a device's hardware ID
    Post the number in your next message.

    Is Windows 10 32 or 64 bits?

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

    Download this driver --> Audio

    Right-click on --> sp48147.exe
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "sp48147\"

    Go to device manager
    Right-click on the device
    Update driver
    Browse my computer ......
    Browse
    Go to the extracted driver folder --> sp48147
    Folder --> WDM
    Select the folder --> Vista
    OK, next
    Restart.

    Right-click on the device
    Update driver
    Browse my computer ......
    Choose from a list of drivers...
    Have Disk
    Browse
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> sp48147
    Folder --> WDM
    Folder --> Vista
    Select the file --> STWRT64.INF and OK.
    Restart.
