Hello,
I have a Reflecta x1Scan scanner and I would like to scan my slides. I installed it with the provided CD, but I can't get it to work. Nothing appears on the desktop (ArcSoft Photo Impression).
I have read that this device is not compatible with Windows 10.
Is that true?

Hello,
It is intended for Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Microsoft Windows Vista (32-64 bits) but not for Windows 10.

Good evening,
I also have a mini laptop with Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3. I installed the Reflecta CD and I have Photo Impression 6 on my desktop. After connecting the scanner and selecting the device, this function is inactive and nothing works even after calibration. Could it be due to the USB ports (1 and 2)?
Yet, at one time it worked, but perhaps it was Windows XP Pack 2 that I had before Pack 3.
