No, there are only RCA cables with it.
Hello,
"output coach out"
coach, are you sure???
What is the complete reference of your TV?
That said, there is a solution with the headphone output, but give the reference first

I had asked you for the complete reference, but anyway
Your TV has a coaxial digital output and your soundbar has an optical digital input
You need to buy a coax -> optical converter, this one for example:
https://www.amazon.fr/kwmobile-Convertisseur-bidirectionnel-coaxial-Toslink/dp/B01CQMPWKM/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1546014295&sr=8-4&keywords=convertisseur+coaxial+vers+optique
Connections:
From the TV to the converter with a simple RCA cable:
And we don’t care about the color
Then an optical cable between the converter output and the soundbar:
USB cable provided to a free USB port on the TV or use a 220 volts -> USB socket like a phone charger
Switch the converter to the Coax-> optical direction as it can work in both directions.

Otherwise, simple solution but you’ll only have analog stereo instead of digital surround:
Your TV has a headphone output (3.5mm female jack) and your stereo has an RCA input
Buy a jack-to-RCA cable like this:
Plug the jack into the headphone output of the TV and the other end into the RCA input of the stereo which you will switch to this input
The TV sound should not be turned up too high => saturation of the stereo input => sound distortion, you need to find a balance to be above the noise but not saturate, the best is to set the home sound quite high, advantage: you can control the volume with the TV remote...;)
To try while waiting for the converter since the cable is inexpensive
