I can't download IPTV on my Philips 55PUS650/12.
I only have Google and not Google Play.

    seriously, you need to go through the android app, or if your TV isn't a smart TV (or doesn't have this app (LG and Samsung offer it, Philips I'm not sure)) go through an android box
