Safari: my tabs have disappeared

Question

Hello everyone. Something strange happened to me: I dragged a tab which was all the way to the right of the other already open tabs and I dragged it to the left to place it (so place it more to the left). And... all my tabs disappeared, replaced by this one tab (the one I just created). How can I get my tabs back? Thanks for your help   Configuration:  Imac / High Sierra / Safari 12.0.3

And how do we recover these tabs on iPad because I just lost them all and I don't know what to do to get them back.

Hello,  You probably moved the tab outside of the Safari tab area, causing: - the creation of a new Safari window containing only that tab - the hiding of the other window containing all the other tabs To check this, minimize the Safari window by clicking the orange button in the top left corner:   you should then see the other Safari window.  You can also right-click on the Safari icon in the dock and see all open instances of Safari:   You can also use the Safari Window menu to see all open Safari windows:   Ritchi
