Hello,

When I use Word, I often utilize bullet lists. However, I haven't found a way to configure the "bullet list" or "numbering" button so that they display the bullet or number formats I want.
I have to go through Format---Bullets and Numbering every time.

Any ideas?

Thank you

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 72.0.3626.119

If you're using MS-Word, why post in the forum dedicated to OpenOffice/LibreOffice?

Why hack MS-Office when there is a free solution available?
Use OpenOffice

I kept the Word vocabulary thinking of Writer. I am using the free version of OpenOffice.
Best regards

You kept the vocabulary but also forgot to do some research in this forum:

This is absolutely not what I want to do.
Creating a style, changing the shape of the bullets,... that’s not the point of my question
I would like the "bullet list" button on the toolbar to have the default formatting that I want. Currently, it's a small black dot for the bullets and "1." for the numbers.

Review what you are given to read more carefully.
It involves changing the default style and then turning it into a template.

Hello,
I'm returning the advice.
I don't want to change the style to make it a template, I asked the question very clearly.

I want the bullet list shortcut button to use a personal bullet list style.

P.S.: Giving advice is fine... but with courtesy and politeness, it's better.
